Century is proud to announce the promotion of Brandi Osborne to Senior Loan Assistant.
Brandi joined Century in 2009, as a teller. Her dedication and drive quickly earned her a transition to Loan Operations in 2011, and by 2016, she had taken on the role of Loan Processor. In each of these roles, Brandi has shown a strong commitment to excellence, teamwork, and customer service.
Over the years, Brandi has not only contributed to the success of our loan department and loan processing team through her attention to detail and knowledge of lending processes.  Her willingness to share her experience, support and ideas to the development of the lending area has made her a valuable resource to Century.
In her new role as Senior Loan Assistant, Brandi will continue to support our loan officers and the lending team, play a key role in training and guiding new loan processors and develop ways to improve processes while upholding the high standard of service our customers expect.
